Weigh Back is the Reserve Grand Champion Hampshire Boar from the 2019 Indiana State Fair. I was very lucky to be able to judge this show and this boar hit me very hard. After Mike Watson bought this guy we got with him and bought into Weigh Back to bring him to Upper Hand’s Hampshire lineup. This was one of the early Self Employment litters and one I know Harveys were very high on from the start.

Weigh Back is a boar that is awesome on his feet and legs being heavy boned, big footed, and square about his hip and hind leg. He is massive on the top side of his skeleton with shape and spread and takes that power to the ground with a huge center body and big shapely stifle. He is very flexible with right set up front and hind leg that he plants and drives with. When thinking about making the next generation better, don’t think twice just get some WEIGH BACK!!!!
