Simple is the $32,000 Reserve Champion Hampshire boar at the 2018 WPX. We had heard about this guy before the show, talked to Ryan a time or two about him, and after the show we knew he was one that we needed. Mother of this female came from Mortensen and out of heart of his program and was a very good show gilt but is as impressive of a Hampshire sow as you will see. This was a great litter of hogs and gilts sold very well and have had a great run in the showring.

Simple is a Hampshire that offers power and mass in a very proportional package that length from side and frame matches to make barrows and Junior gilts. He is a big middle boar that is correct on his feet and legs being mobile and good on the move with good pasterns. Opens up going and coming and leaves you wide and a good square hock. Offers shape and width down his topline and has a high head carriage. When breeding Hampshires sometimes using boars that can make them balanced with the extras is hard, but it can be easy with SIMPLE!!!!
