Pilot is the boar in the litter from the start that we said no way are we cutting this one and still looks the same as he did from 50 lbs. Mother is Brantley Platt’s Grand Champion Gilt at the 2020 NJS that was bred by Kilmer and out of one incredible litter and a mate to Fight Club and Knockout. Sired by a herdsire at Cobb’s that we felt would offer some new blood and not sacrifice quality. Pilot is a littermate to Astronaut that we have in stud and also a littermate sister was the 2021 NJSA Foundation Female. Some different genetics in this pedigree and a proven sow line that we know works.

Pilot is a hog that is good in every area and one that can fix and work on a very wide variety of females. He is one that is big enough in his kind and right about his length of body. Great about his pastern set and one that comes and leaves square. He offers backshape, spread, good center body, and still attractive on the side profile.
