Mute is the boar that us and the breed has needed. Mute is one that offers the quality that is needed, yet doesn’t have the dominate Loud Mouth in his pedigree. Armstrong told me he thought he had one, and after getting video we knew this was the one we were wanting. Armstrong hogs across the board, breed to breed, are so good on feet and legs, square, and so good everywhere. It’s the reason they have had so much success for a long time. Sired by Saving Grace, a boar that they raised and shut down the first year at A Cut Above. Very excited to find a boar that we feel looking at, works on the Loud Mouth line, yet is a boar that is super impressive.

Mute is a power hog that balances up very well from the side and offers stoutness with great feet and legs. He is one that offers shape and muscle up high and takes it to the ground both up front and behind. He is a big square chested boar and goes away with power and squareness leaving. Mute is going to bring some natural shape and muscle back into Spots, and still keep them good centered and angles right. The breed is looking for a boar with a different pedigree and not give up quality, that all fits the bill with MUTE!!!!
