Wagon Wheel is our 2023 Draft purchase from JJ Genetics and a program that has been in it a long time for making red ones that look like this. He offers us some difference in blood than what we have had and currently have in stud. We got to make the long trip of 20 minutes across the county and see this guy. He is what we expected a JJ hog to look like with some of the extras.

Wagon Wheel is a super attractive and good looking hog from the side and looks like a junior gilt maker. He is a boar that is so good from a design and build standpoint being tall at the point of his shoulder and levelness of topline and ties in good at ham loin hook up. He is up on his pasterns and has set up front and a hind leg that has the right flex and reach with a square hock. Still a design boar but offers shape and squareness. We feel this guy can work on those moderate females that need more scale and stature and still keep them flexible. If needing a design and build hog from a proven firm that lives in the same town as the WAGON WHEEL!!!!
