Mimic is our weanling purchase from Reiss Livestock and after seeing the video of this guy and the run his sire has been on, we knew he was a must own. We got this stud out of the Dildine’s Breeder’s Best Sale, and from the start has always been a standout and hasn’t had a bad day in his whole life. Sired by Young Love, we have loved our Young Love pigs and have won at all levels. We feel this guy can make the same kind. Mother is Wedding Night sow that goes back to some Soileau blood when they bought a group of sows from Gabe. Love the boar and a boar with an awesome combination of pedigrees that have won.

Mimic is a boar we feel can make winning pigs with a very sellable look. He is great in terms of proportions being the right length and frame size to cover a wide variety of sows and not make them too tall or not too small. Unmatched in terms of natural shape and width up high. Comes at you square and leaves with width and a great hock. Great bone and footsize, one that is mobile off both ends and great set up front. We love what this guy has done and continues to do, but think some more outlier parts in MIMIC!!!!
