Assist in an off the farm purchase that our great friend Jim McCoy called us on after seeing. We bought off of Jim’s word because he knows good ones and has forever, needless to say James was right and darn sure glad we got this barrow maker bought. Sired by the Alley Oop boar that we have here, which did a great job in his first season, mother is female from Mohican Valley that is a littermate to the High selling Grand Champion Duroc Gilt 2021 WTC of Riley Wendt’s. Not only impressive to look at, but a pedigree that offers some new blood with winning results.

Assist is one of the more barrow oriented boars that we have laid in a while. To have this much power with the Alley Oop design and build, we really like that combo. He is massive in terms of width coming and leaving with squareness and a correct hock leaving. Topside is massive in terms of shape and spread and takes to the ground. He is stout in terms of bonework and foot size. When needing more width, power, and not sacrificing look, we think that you need to look to ASSIST!!!!
